CURRENCY: All prices are listed in CAD $. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

SHIPPING
$15.00 flat rate shipping for orders within Canada.

Please contact us for a shipping quote for destinations outside Canada. Please let us know what you'd like to order along with your mailing address and we'll let you know.

For our locals, you can select the free "IN-STORE PICK-UP" option and we'll have your order ready for pick-up in Deep Cove.

We ship via Canada Post. In stock items ship out within 3 business days and take between 1-10 days to reach most destinations. If you need something sooner, please send us a note and we're happy to provide an estimate for Express shipping.

Due to customs clearance which is beyond our control, orders to the United States can take longer and any duties, fees or taxes are the recipients responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

Within Canada, you may return purchases within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be in new, un-worn condition. Bath products and all discounted and sale items are final sale. 

Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on orders shipped to the United States so please make your selections carefully and let us know if we can answer any questions.
Please contact us to receive instructions for a return. All returned items must have an RA (return authorization). Thanks!

If an item you've ordered is not available, we'll apologize profusely and offer you the option to await its return, or provide a full refund. As well, if we've accidentally mis-priced something online, we reserve the right to correct our mistake. Thanks for your understanding.
